This policy describes advanced business events’ (abe, “we” or “us”) practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data.
What data do we collect about you?
We collect any data you provide by filling in forms on our website. This include information provided when placing an order, subscribing to our services, posting marketing materials, and requesting any other services. We may also ask for your personal data when you complete customer surveys or contact us with any queries.
Social media platforms
In compliance with the law and where permissible, we may use certain limited personal information about you, such as your email address, to hash it and to share it with social media platforms, such as Facebook or Google, to generate leads, drive traffic to our websites or otherwise promote our products and services or the Airbnb Platform. However we cannot possibly guarantee absolute security. That is why we store your data in our secured CRM database as long as necessary in order to manage your account. We have implemented retention policies to guard against unauthorized access and unnecessary retention of personal data in our systems.

The abe’s one-to-one meeting platforms let you publish information, including personal information, which is visible to people who have registered to the same events as you.
